FACT delivers a quality service. In the recruiting process the following quality processes are utilized:

All CV's are screened and shortlisted. Candidates are contacted to verify details, preliminary interviews are conducted and once candidates reach the final shortlist, they are invited for an interview based on targeted selection techniques and assessments are conducted (where necessary).

FACT furthermore complies with the Labor Relations Act as well as the South African Receiver of Revenue (SARS) tax regulations and rules.

FACT also values its business partner and upholds Human Resource policies of its customers.
